I finished university with top grades and was recruited into an EU organization, but as I searched for something that would fulfill my soul, I started to transition between different jobs and careers. With every new job, I significantly raised my salary, just to leave again and take on another challenge.
When I became a team leader in the revenue department, I finally understood how much I loved coaching and training people. But it took a few more years before I made a transition into my life's work. Meet Diana.
Diana Poulsen is the founder of The Flair Academy, a Conscious Business Mentor, a Consciousness Coach, and an Embodiment Teacher. She helps individuals and groups to awaken their purpose, embody their vision and create sustainable success with ease, grace, and flow.
Prior to this, she held innovation consultant and team leader roles at different organizations. After her inner alchemy process, she embarked on her mission to initiate the new methods and approaches in business, personal and spiritual growth while the collective consciousness is rising to a new level. Diana holds certifications in Transformational Coaching, Akashic Record consultancy, Mindfulness, Hatha yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Quantum Flow, and other embodiment methods as well as a Master of Science in Innovation Management.

I remember when I began my coaching career as a career coach. I got to support people in their careers because I made the transition myself.
I coached this wonderful young lady, who was a foreigner in a country, coming from a very different culture, and not sure how she can pursue her career here.
We did some simple yet deep consciousness coaching diving into some unconscious fears of failure.
She was really grateful for this new realization that actually it was her internal dialog, not the external circumstances that were really keeping her from expanding on her career path.
Now she is fully aligned with her career path in the same country while being and appreciated for who she really is.
